SF - Zoho Field mapping and instruction and process
Please follow the attachment for field mapping details and mandatory instructions to be followed for a new project to be created in Zoho Project.
On 05/Apr/2023, Informed Execo team not to miss following process steps, to keep the SFDC-ZohoProject interface with minimal error.

1 | Set Probability % of opportunity to 40% and above. | A New Project will be created in Zoho with Opportunity data. | Projects will not be created in Zoho. |
2 | Enable "To be synched to Zoho Project" | Projects will be created/updated in Zoho. | Projects will not be created/updated in Zoho. |
3 | Remove the Project ID on cloned opportunities before saving. | A New Project will be created in Zoho . | Projects will not be created in Zoho. Instead, newly cloned opportunity will update the old project data in Zoho and impact critical dashboards. |
4 | Notify Zohosupport@verticurl.com for Closed Lost Opportunities where probability has more than 40% | ZohoSupport team will archive the project in zoho. | Will remain as an active project in Zoho and impact critical dashboards. |
